About Our Products
Teak Bros. furniture pieces are hand-crafted from teak wood that is not dyed and minimally treated for protection. As a result, each piece is a one-of-a-kind original, with its own unique coloring and distinct graining, patterns and texture. These are not product flaws but are characteristic of the natural beauty of the wood we use. In addition, to use wood in a responsible manner, cracks occurring naturally in the wood may have been filled with shims. You should also know that different computer monitors will show colors differently and not necessarily in a true-to-life light. That is why images on our website may vary from the piece(s) you actually receive.
Credit + Debit Cards
Teak Bros. accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept debit cards. We do not accept checks, cash, credit vouchers or gift certificates.
Our handling and fulfillment times are fast. Generally, items leave Teak Bros’s warehouse within one to two business days after your order is placed. Items are charged to you when you submit your order.
We do our best to keeps items on our website in stock, but sometimes we are not able to keep up. If an item is temporarily unavailable, you will be notified at check-out. If you decide to proceed and submit your order, you will receive an email notification when your item is back in stock and ready for shipment.
It is your responsibility to make sure all ship-to address information is correct. We are not responsible for any missed or misdelivered order if delivery was made to the address specified by you in your order. Please note that once your order is placed, it is not possible to change the delivery method. All deliveries require an adult signature.
Certificate Of Insurance
Apartment buildings in many cities require a certificate of insurance before delivery can be arranged. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether a certificate of insurance is required by your building and to notify us if it is. If you do not notify us prior to delivery, and we need to re-schedule, you will be responsible for an additional re-delivery fee.
Preparing For Delivery
The item descriptions on our website give you the measurements of individual furniture items. Regardless of the delivery method chosen (threshold or white-glove), it is your responsibility to ensure that all items will fit through any access points such as doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators and around corners into the desired location.
To keep our prices competitive, our default option is threshold delivery. For a single-unit address, threshold delivery means the parcel will be delivered over your threshold. For a multi-unit address, the parcel will be left inside the building front entrance, but it will not be delivered to your front door. Threshold delivery means you are responsible for unpacking your purchase, removal of packing materials and assembly of your furniture (except for chairs which come fully assembled). Threshold deliveries are made during daytime hours, Monday-Friday.
White-Glove Delivery And/Or Weekend Delivery
“White-glove” delivery is included free in the delivery price. Weekend delivery is available in some areas for an additional charge, for more information contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, our furniture cannot be shipped to APO/FPO/DPO/PO boxes.
Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, to the zip code of your delivery address and the subtotal and number of items in your order. The total delivery charge will be shown in your cart before you submit your order.
All threshold-delivery orders are shipped by truck from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona. Approximate delivery times* are up to 14 business days.
* Deliveries to remote areas without highway access may take longer than indicated. Threshold deliveries are made during daytime hours, Monday-Friday. White-glove and/or weekend delivery times will be in consultation with you as confirmed in an email from us to you.
Exchange Policy; No Refunds
At each step in the process, from testing and inspecting our hand-crafted furniture to getting your order ready for shipment, we pay great attention to detail. If, despite our quality controls and inspections, you receive the wrong product(s) or the product(s) delivered to you is (are) defective or damaged, we will work with you to make it right or offer you an exchange. We do not accept exchanges for any other reason. If you receive what you ordered in good condition, your purchase is not exchangeable or cancellable. We do not give refunds.
You must contact customer service to initiate an exchange. An exchange request must be initiated within 3 days of delivery to be considered and must include proof of purchase and delivery and photos documenting delivery of the incorrect or defective or damaged product(s). If we determine that an exchange is warranted, you will receive an authorization number from us. This authorization number is required for any exchange. No exchange will be accepted without this number! You are responsible to properly re-package and secure the merchandise to ensure a safe return to Teak Bros.’s warehouse.

Teak Bros. is pleased to offer discount pricing to qualified and licensed trade professionals, including, but not limited to, interior designers and architects. Teak Bros.’s goal is to provide you accurate prices, delivery rates and other information. Currently, we collect sales tax on orders delivered in Arizona. However, state sales tax laws and regulations change constantly, and we may need to charge sale tax on orders delivered in other and/or additional states in the future.
