Standard delivery time is 2-10 days unless stated differently in product description or during checkout.
Delivery company only offers curbside delivery, furniture is delivered on a pallet or a wooden crate & they will contact you by phone call to setup a date & time for delivery.
Currently tables are the only products requiring assembly, our products with wooden legs work with a nut and bolt system, simply pair the labeled legs with the labeled table corner assembly piece (A, B, C, D). Products with iron legs require a screw to be drilled through the leg into the table, screws are included in your order and iron legs have pre-drilled holes for easy assembly.
Treatment
We recommend a standard preventative maintenance for your furniture which involves oiling or sealing your furniture 2 to 3 times a year, frequency may vary depending on temperature and exposure to direct sunlight, your furniture will be oiled by our team before being delivered. Oil is applied to the surface of the furniture using a paint roller and brush, typically done in under 10 minutes.
Oiling your furniture keeps the moisture inside the wood which helps prevents certain natural occurrences such as greying & cracking.
Our team uses the Watco Danish brand for oiling our furniture, if you would like to know which one was used on your purchased furniture feel free to contact us.

Outdoor use is not recommended in cities with high temperature and low humidity such as Tucson, AZ. Feel free to contact us inquiring about your city to see if we believe it is suitable for outdoor use. Proper maintenance is required for best result.
Wood reinforcements can be found in certain wood planks to ensure prolonged durability.
Cracking, curving & imperfections are a natural occurrence in Teak wood and are part of its unique character, none of these characteristics affect the use and sturdiness of your furniture.

Returns You have 3 days after arrival to request a refund or exchange, Teak Bros holds the right to decide which option is available for customer.
To be eligible for a refund/exchange you must inform the delivery driver about visible damage to packaging and/or furniture during the delivery and document this on the shipping paperwork, only then can we work on offering a solution if your product arrived damaged*
*Damaged means the product must be in a condition in which it is no longer suitable for use such as structural damage, customer understands light damage* may occur during delivery, in this condition customer might be eligible for a partial refund* depending on severity of damage, this will be decided by Teak Bros after receiving detailed pictures by customer.
*Light damage refers to only aesthetic damage which can be solved/fixed with sanding and/or oiling.
*Partial refund will be a maximum amount of $100
If you have seen a picture of your product before delivery and/or have been informed about a specific condition related to the product then the sale is final, no exchanges, refunds or deliveries will be available after product has been delivered.

Any damage occurred during your use is your responsibility and we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
If product has been used outdoors or in contact with direct sunlight any damage occurred to it is your responsibility and we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Customer understands product sizes listed on our website are only averages and if needed to find out the exact size of a product they must contact us, therefore no refund or exchange is available if real product size delivered is different from size listed.
If customer refuses delivery of product due to damage occurred during delivery we will work with customer on refund or exchange. If there is no delivery damage elegible for refund/exchange but customer refused delivery, no refund/exchange is applicable and customer must pay for redelivery rate calculated by carrier.
If customer cancels order prior to delivery but after shipping then delivery cost & return cost will be deducted from his refund.
If customer has done any custom work on the furniture which changes its structure and/or look, no refund/exchange will be applicable.
Delivery cost is non-refundable & customer must pay full delivery & pick up cost for order exchanges & refunds.
For order refund & exchange furniture must be unused.
Customer must pay delivery cost for refunded/exchanged items.
Pre-Order products are marked as Pre-Order on our website product page, this information will also be made clear in the corresponding products product page, for these orders the delivery time is different, this is also made clear on the product page including the products description, no cancelations, exchanges or refunds are available unless the product is received damaged, if there is a delay in shipping customer understands we are doing our best and will not issue/file/request refund, exchange nor cancel order.
